1) The current expenditures of the United States government in the current war on drugs, more specifically that of the cost versus benefits of marijuana use across the country and the ongoing prohibition against marijuana.
2) Does the popularity of modern day music on pop radio follow a very basic formula? The addition of synthetic beats, remixing pre-existing songs, and singing primarily about drugs and sex seems to be key components to all popular songs nowadays.
3) Another topic that has always interested me, similar to my first topic is the intentional misleading and deceit by our government about many popular street drugs such as marijuana, lsd, and mushrooms.
I think looking into topic 3 would be very eye-opening. I have heard rumors of the government hiding beneficial ways to use these drugs, but I never knew for sure.
