Good choice of modern, debatable issues; these will most definitely help you lay the groundwork for a successful research paper. Keep in mind that as you go along you want to narrow and specify your subjects of choice to a specific aspect of that idea. You should also remember connect this future topic of choice to a cultural aspect that was/is notably defined/influenced by it.
I like ideas number 2 and 3, but what about overpopulation and assisted suicide? If I were to choose either of these topics, here's what I'd do: 2.) two ideas: how overpopulation is effecting the climate crisis (producing food takes a lot of energy, most of which is fossil fuels), or the effect of the rising population on global jobs. 3.) Assisted by a doctor, I believe, is implied, but what circumstances? What's the illness? It is a very interesting topic, but you can nitpick details with people all day unless you say "assisted suicide in this particular case would be acceptable."
